Don’t let the beefy card fool you. This week’s RAW, the final one before TLC. Was a dude. The ongoing burying of Keith Lee continued, while Retribution was allowed to destroy Ricochet. While the hide and seek antics of Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton were fun, they weren’t enough to save the show.
Matches:
Sheamus vs. AJ Styles w/Omos: Styles got the hard-fought win and afterward, Omos and Styles took out Sheamus with a Steel Chair.
The Hurt Business: United States Champion Bobby Lashley, Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin w/MVP vs. RAW Tag Team Champions: Jeff Hardy and The New Day: Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods: Hardy and Alexander controlled most of the match, but Lashley ultimately got the win with the Hurt Lock.
Lana vs. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Nia Jax: Lana got the huge upset win, but Jax beat on her after the match, while Shayna Baszler took out Asuka backstage. Baszler soon hit the ring and beat and twisted Lana up some more. Asuka eventually made the save, but it was too late.
Keith Lee vs. The Miz and John Morrison: Lee is a powerhouse, but the chemistry of Miz and Morrison was too much as they picked him apart and double-covered him.
Dio Maddin w/Shane Thorne, Dominik Dijakovic and Mustafa Ali vs. Ricochet: Interference from Dijakovic allowed Maddin to win with a Tornado Side Slam variation.
Dana Brooke vs. WWE RAW Tag Team Champion Shayna Baszler w/Nia Jax: Brooke was just getting started until Jax got involved to throw the match out. The two destroyed Brooke until Mandy Rose made the save and was followed by Asuka.
Riddle vs. MVP: Riddle got the quick win and avoided a beating from The Hurt Business.
