AEW Dynamite Coverage: Mid-Card Heavy

AEW is up to something. The last few weeks have all been about developing sexy mid-card feuds, all the while Kenny Omega continues to dominant Jon Moxley

Matches:

AEW World Champion Kenny Omega w/Don Callis vs. Matt Sydal: Omega won with the One-Winged Angel in a match Sydal worked hard in. This was far from an easy win.

“Hangman” Adam Page vs. Cezar Bononi: Page won with the Buckshot Lariat moments after Bononi was too busy congratulating himself.

The Pinnacle: FTR: Dax Hardwood and Cash Wheeler and Shawn Spears w/MJF, Wardlow and Tully Blanchard vs. Griff Garrison, Brian Pillma n Jr. and Donte Martin: Pinnacle got roughed up a bit, but Spears got the win with the C4.

Pentagon Jr., Rey Fenix and Laredo Kid vs. AEW Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks: Nick and Matt Jackson and Brandon Cutler: Laredo Kid beat Cutlet with the Top Rope Spanish Fly, but The Bucks and Cutler got in plenty of offense. After the match, Kenny Omega hit the ring and beat on Laredo Kid and then called The Bucks out for not having his back. After the Bucks left, Pentagon Jr. and Fenix nailed Omega with the Assisted Package Piledriver.

Nyla Rose w/Vikki Guerrero vs. Tay Conti: Conti got the win, but after the bell, Rose went on the attack, but Conti was saved by Hikaru Shida. However, soon enough, Matt Hardy, The Butcher and Blade and Bunny hit the ring and Bunny took out Shida.

Jon Silver w/The Dark Order vs. AEW TNT Champion Darby Allin: Silver was solid and The Dark Order played a role before Sting evened the odds.  Allin eventually won with COde Red before Matt Hardy and his group fought with The Dark Order to end the show.
