With plenty of in-ring action this week, there was a lot to think about after this week’s Dynamite. Will Kenny Omega hold on to ALL his gold? What about Matt and Nick Jackson? Can they beat Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy? All in all, it was a fun two hours of wrestling with plenty of fresh matchups.
Matches:
AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and AEW Tag Team Champions Matt and Nick Jackson w/Don Callis, Mike Nakasawa and Brandon Cutler vs. Matt and Mike Sydal and Dante Martin: Martin and the Sydal were solid but Omega hit the One-Winged Angel and the Jacksons joined him for a BTE V-Trigger for the win.
Darby Allin w/Sting vs. Daniel Garcia with 2.0 Chase Parker and Ricky Martel: 2.0 got involved but Allin won with the Coffin Drop.
Best Friends: Orange Cassidy, Wheeler Yuta and Chuck Taylor w/Kris Stratlander vs. Hardy Family Office: Private Party Isiah Kassidy, Marq Quen and Matt Hardy: Lots of spots (Nyla Rose also attacked Stratlander) and Hardy took advantage, pinning Yuta with The Twist of Fate.
Kris Stratlander w/Orange Cassidy vs. Nyla Rose w/Vikki Guerrero: Rose was dominant but Stratlander won with the 450.
Impact Tag Team Champions: Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson vs. The Dark Order: Stu Grayson and Evil Uno: This needed more time. It was fun and there was chemistry. The Magic Killer allowed the champs to retain but this needs to be revisited.
Chris Jericho vs. Wardlow w/ MJF: MJF’s interference backfired and Jericho was able to use the bat and The Judas Effect to gain the win in a match that saw him sell for Wardlow like crazy. After the match MJF announced the last stipulation for Jericho’s fifth labor, No Judas Effect or ring music.
