Don’t let the massive card fool you. There was little real wrestling on this week’s RAW. If nothing else, it was primer for Crown Jewel, but more entertainment than actual in-ring competition.
Matches:
King of the Ring: Xavier Woods w/Kofi Kingston vs. Ricochet: Woods won with the Elbow Drop, but Ricochet did most of the heavy lifting, flying all over the ring throughout the match.
Mansoor and Mustafa Ali vs. Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin: Alexander won with the Michinoku Driver and some help from Benjamin, who held on to Mansoor. After the match, Ali looked done with Mansoor.
Queen’s Crown: Dana Brooke vs. Shayna Baszler: Brooke hung in there, but Baszler won with the
Omos w/AJ Styles vs. RAW Tag Team Champion Riddle: Omos won with the Choke Bomb but after the match Randy Orton hit Styles with the RKO to end the segment.
Austin Theory vs. Jeff Hardy: Hardy did everything but win. Theory was able to Rollup Hardy following the Senton Bomb.
King of the Ring: Kofi Kingston w/Xavier Woods vs. Jinder Mahal w/Shanky and Veer: Shanky took out Woods on the outside, which distracted Kingston enough for Mahal to hit The Khallas.
WWE RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs. Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair: This ended in a count-out before it was restarted by Adam Pearce. But even once it started again, no one could get along and it ended in a DQ after Belair took out her own partner.
Queen’s Crown: Natalya Niedhart vs. DouDrop: DouDrop slapped Nattie while in a Sharpshooter and Rolled her up for the win.
WWE Champion Big E. And Drew McIntyre vs. Smackdown Tag Team Champions Jimmy an Jey Uso: McIntyre and Big E. Couldn’t get on the same page and the Usos cleaned house because of it until E and McIntyre got on the same page. By the end of it all, they couldn’t stop beating on one another. McIntyre ended the show with a Claymore on the Champion.
