Survivor Series 2021: Location, Venue, More
The Survivor Series 2021 pay-per-view will be held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on Nov. 21.
This will be the fourth Survivor Series event to take place in New York, and the first since Survivor Series 2011. Last year’s event was held at the WWE Thunderdome at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, with no fans in attendance.
For the fifth straight year, Survivor Series 2021 will feature Raw superstars vs. SmackDown superstars.
So the card will presumably feature the Universal Champion (a sure lock to be Roman Reigns) against the WWE Champion, the SmackDown Women’s Champion vs. the Raw Women’s Champion, the Raw Tag Team Champions against the SmackDown Tag Team Champions, the United States Champion vs. the Intercontinental Champion and the annual men’s and women’s 5-on-5 elimination matches.
The Survivor Series 2021 betting odds will be released after the matches are announced. New York sports fans interested in gambling can find promo codes and betting options at DraftKings SportsBook.
The show is less than a month away now. Here are some of the projected matches for the Survivor Series 2021 card.
Roman Reigns (Universal Champion) vs. Big E (WWE Champion)
Citing a source, WrestlingNews.co recently reported “Reigns is expected to hold the Universal Title for a long time and there are no plans for him to drop it this year.â€
We can safely pencil Reigns in for the Universal Champion vs. WWE Championship match. There are only two realistic challengers for him at Survivor Series 2021.
Seth Rollins won a fatal four-way Ladder match on Monday Night Raw to earn a future WWE Championship match against Big E. It’s unclear yet when Rollins will get that match.
At any rate, Reigns will most certainly face either the current title holder or his former Shield ally. And it’s already a sure-bet that he’ll win that match.
Charlotte Flair (SmackDown Women’s Champion) vs. Bianca Belair (Raw Women’s Champion)
Hard to envision a scenario in which Charlotte Flair drops the SmackDown Women’s title before Survivor Series. WWE is clearly bent on pushing her as the lead star in the SmackDown women’s division.
Next week, Bianca Belair will challenge Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship. This feels like an opportune time for WWE to go through with a title change.
We’ve seen Flair and Lynch face off more than enough times, and there’s nothing really new to offer in the rivalry. It makes sense for The EST of WWE to regain the title she lost at SummerSlam 2021, even if it’s just for a short period.
Lynch is more than over with the crowd and can afford a loss to Belair next week.
WWE made a questionable decision to abruptly end Belair’s successful SmackDown Women’s title reign at SummerSlam, but they can make up for it on next week’s Raw.
It’s imperative for WWE to try something different and run Flair vs. Belair at Survivor Series.
The Usos (SmackDown Tag Team Champions) vs. RK-Bro (Raw Tag Team Championships)
As is the case with Reigns, WWE seems intent on protecting The Usos (part of The Bloodline) by not giving them too many losses over the long run.
So they feel like a safe bet to hold the SmackDown Tag Team Championships heading into Survivor Series.
Over on Raw, Randy Orton and Riddle (RK-Bro) also look like viable options to hold the Tag Team titles long-term. The Usos vs. RK-Bro would be a true match of the year candidate, given the elite in-ring work and skill sets all four superstars possess.
Things can change, but this seems like the most realistic as well as the best option for the Raw Tag Team Champions vs. SmackDown Tag Team Champions bout.
Shinsuke Nakamura (Intercontinental Champion) vs. Damian Priest (United States Champion)
Both Nakamura and Priest have flourished as babyface title holders, and WWE is at a point where they have to focus on building quality long-term mid-card champions.

So in an ideal world, both Nakamura and Priest — two of the company’s elite in-ring workers — will hold their respective championships and face off here at Survivor Series.
Nakamura and Priest have worked hard enough to earn a one-on-one match at one of WWE’s premier stages. There’s a high chance that at least one of these men isn’t a champion come Survivor Series, but WWE would be wise to roll this match before taking the title off either superstar.
