WWE RAW Coverage: HIAC Primer

A new 24/7 Champion or two and the continued build-up for Hell in a Cell continued this week. Away from the drama between Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins however, RAW was pretty flat.

Matches:

Asuka vs. WWE RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair: Becky Lynch was ringside and cleaned house after Asuka and Belair had a great match that Belair won on a counter of an Asuka submission attempt.

Rey Mysterio, Dominik Mysterio and Eziekel vs. The Alpha Academy: Chad Gable and Otis and Kevin Owens: Another fun one that saw Eziekel win with the Twisting Brainbuster variation after an Owens gaff took out Gable.

Alexa Bliss vs. Doudrop w/Nikki Ash: Bliss got another win with Twisted Bliss.

Ciampa vs. Mustafa Ali: Theory was ringside and got involved to throw the match out as Ali continues to make his case for a title shot, while Ciampa continues to prove he’s a great hand.

United States Champion Theory vs. Mustafa Ali: Theory got the win on a hobbled Ali, with the ATL. After the match, Adam Pearce confirmed Ali would take on Theory again at Hell in a Cell.

Riddle and Shinsuke Nakamura vs. WWE Undisputed Tag Team Champions Jimmy and Jey Uso: A war that ended with a Super Diamond Cutter from Riddle but it came after he got the win via DQ after Jimmy nailed him with his scooter.

Rhea Ripley vs. Liv Morgan: AJ Styles and Damian Priest got involved, but Morgan still got a huge win. After the match, Priest beat on Styles and almost attacked Morgan before Finn Balor got involved.
