WWE RAW Coverage: Payback Teases Complete

The teases for the Payback matches are complete. This week’s action wasn’t as intense as needed, but it did enough to get you excited for Payback

Matches:

Damian Priest vs. WWE Unified Tag Team Champion Sami Zayn: These two had the ring to themselves, which was refreshing, but JD McDonagh eventually got involved, allowing Priest to win. However, The Archer of Infamy didn’t reciprocate McDonagh’s help and the former Cruiserweight Champion got beat up by the Unified Tag Team Champions.

The New Day: Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston vs. The Viking Raiders: Erik and Ivar w/Valhalla: Drew McIntyre and Matt Riddle got involved, which turned this into a mess, allowing the Raiders to hit Ragnorok for the win.

Chad Gable w/Otis and Maxxine Dupri vs. Ludvig Kaiser w/Intercontinental Champion Gunther and Giovanni Vinci: Best match of the night. These two have chemistry and it’ll be worth reconnecting with. Vinci got involved to throw this one out and Otis made his presence felt.

Tommaso Ciampa vs. Bronson Reed: Mid-card filler. Decent spring with a sloppy pin win from Ciampa.

Falls Count Anywhere: Zoe Stark w/Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch: A solid main event that saw The Man fight through every obstacle and win with an outside-the-ring, through a table Manhandle Slam.
