AEW Dynamite Coverage: Final Countdown Before WrestleDream

Tons of promo and plenty of solid in-ring work made sure the Go-Home Show before WrestleDream got it done.

Matches:

GOA: Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona vs. Hurt Syndicate: Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin w/MVP: Ricochet got involved which allowed Kaun to sneak out a victory.

Claudio Castagnoli vs. Roderick Strong: Roddy was cooking before he got nailed with Swiss Death.

Don Callis Family: Hechicero, Josh Alexander and Mark Davis vs. Jurassic Express: Jack Perry & Luchasaurus and Kenny Omega: Fun one that the show needed at that point. Davis ate the pin with a Doomsday Device.

Jamie Hayter vs. Skye Blue: Hayterade gave the former champion the win over a game Blue.

La Faccion Ingobernable: Beast Mortos, Dralistico and Rush vs. AEW World Trios Champions The Opps: Katsuyori Shibata, Samoa Joe and  Will Hobbs: Joe got a statement win with the Kokina Clutch before WrestleDream.

Orange Cassidy and Kyle O’Reilly vs. Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta: Thanks to interference from Castagnoli, Garcia got the win as The Death Riders and the Conglomeration, as well as Darby Allin beat on each other.

Harley Cameron vs. Megan Bayne: A nasty Liger Bomb gave Bayne the win.

AEW Tag Team Champions: Brodido: Bandido and Brody King and Mark Briscoe vs. TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher, Lance Archer and Rocky Romero: Fun main event with plenty of fun spots. Bandido continues to be great, with King playing the serious powerhouse. Although the Champs retained, Briscoe and Fletcher’s fight continued and El Clon appeared before Okada tore Bandido apart to end the show.
