A tease of The Rascalz joining AEW and some big matches gave AEW a big fight feel this week.
Matches:
Darby Allin vs. Pac: This was a tough one, lots of action on the outside. Allin got the win with Scorpion Deathlock.
Adam Page vs. Bryan Keith: Big Bill tried to get involved but Swerve trickled helped out and a Buckshot later, Page got the win.
Brody King vs. Jonathan Cruz: Squash. Ganso Bomb.
Don Callis Family: Jake Doyle and Mark Davis) vs. The Gates of Agony: Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) vs. JetSpeed: Kevin Knight and Mike Bailey vs. The Young Bucks: Matt and Nick Jackson: FTR got involved after- Ricochet and Jack Perry got in during the match. It was wild. Davis won to earn The Family a shot.
AEW Women’s Tag Team Champions: Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron and AEW Women’s Champion Kris Statlander vs. The Triangle of Madness: Thekla, Julia Hart and Skye Blue: Thekla got some momentum with the Blackout on Statlander to win.
AEW World Champion MJF vs. ROH World Champion Bandido: MJF made Bandido look like a million bucks, but he’s already a star. Bandido literally did everything but win this match. He hit MJF with every maneuver in his playbook and was smooth throughout. MJF eventually got the Submission win with Salt of the Earth and then beat on Bandido before Brody King made the save.
