The first hour of Dynamite was decent, but the main event absolutely lived up to its name.
Matches:
“All Ego” Ethan Page w/Dan Lambert vs. Orange Cassidy: Lambert talked smack at the beginning of this one and Page always performs, but Cassidy came away with the win.
Luchasaurus vs. Serpentico: Saurus won with an STF variation and was a man possessed.
Ass Boys: Austin and Colten Gunn and Max Caster vs. Danhausen and ROH, IGWP and AAA Tag Team Champions FTR: Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood: Anthony Bowens cost his buddies the match after he hit one of the Gunns with a crutch, allowing Danhausen to get the win.
Leila Gray vs. AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill w/Stokely Hathaway and Kiera Hogan: Cargill got the win with Jaded. After the match, Athena and Kris Statlander hit the ring, but Gray ironically helped out her opponent to give Cargill and Hogan the advantage.
Blood and Guts: The Jericho Appreciation Society: Chris Jericho, Jake Hager, Daniel García, Matt Menard and Angelo Parker, Sammy Guevara w/Tay Conti vs. The Blackpool Combat Club: Interim AEW Champion Jon Moxley, ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta, Claudio Castagnoli and Eddie Kingston, Santana and Ortiz: Castagnoli and Guera started the match and traded offense before Garcia entered and tried to get the advantage. The Swiss Superman was originally vigilant, but Garcia and Guevara were too much. Yuta eventually got in the match and then Blackpool got the advantage.Hager then entered and got in some offense, but once Moxley got in, Blackpool took over. The strikes alone were brutal but the throwing 3D from Cesaro to Moxley was a thing of beauty. The beating continued when Menard got in, but things eventually evened out for a spell.
Once everyone got in the match, the finishers, the blood and the strikes truly began to fly. Mox and Claudio starred here, but once Kingston got in the match, he and Jericho stole the show and the match truly began. Kingston, armed with a kendo stick, took out all of the JAS and left Jericho with no place to hide. Hager made the save though and the battle continued at an even pace. Soon enough, Haeger went through a table and the ring was coming apart and the thumb tacks were out. The action eventually spilled to the top of the cage and it was here where Kingston threw Guevara off the top through a table. After that Cesaro and Kingston got the double submission win on top of the cage.
