Hung Commentary: OMG, She Knows

Episode Commentary: A Monkey Named Simian or Frances is Not a Fan

Well, it finally happened. Jessica knows Ray’s a whore.

She knows Tanya is his pimp too.

It all happened so fast, so forgive us for the heavy breathing.

How will this change the series? With Lenore and Jason pretty much on the sidelines this episode and Ray getting his mojo back, the impending whore-off that occurs the rest of the season could be a great one. To see Ray reclaim his throne in this episode was awesome. Not since the beginning of this season has the show been this steamy. That and the comedy in seeing Jason having sex with a broken nose and in obvious pain was too devilishly witty to not smirk at.

If the past of this show is any indication of what to expect the rest of the way, Ray is in for some serious negative energy. There needs to be a constant karmic balance on this show. That means expect more conflict and chaos. And more Lenore. You got to love that.

Also customary this season has been at least two strong plot lines going at any given time. That trend definitely continued this week. While the wedding between Mike and Frances was a bit boring, Tanya’s problems with Charlie have also gotten dangerously complicated. Did the master pimp admit he has feelings for her? Will he come back to her and face the authorities? You’d have to think so at this point. If not, why have him on the show at all?

There are still so many questions that need to be answered. With only 28 minutes to get them every week, the anticipation alone is enough to tune in.
