Tension was a factor in the card on Main Event this week as Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett delivered another confident promo to the WWE universe, but Cesaro ultimately got the last laugh. Between that and Goldust’s continuing search for a new partner, this week’s show was surprisingly decent.

Rob Van Dam vs. Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett: The Rolling Thunder gave Rob Van Dan momentum, but Cesaro got the match thrown out after he hit both competitors with the Neutralizer.
Goldust and Kofi Kingston vs. Luke Harper and Erick Rowan: After Rowan hit the Shoulder Block on Goldust to send him out of the ring, Harper delivered a vicious clothesline on Kingston for the win.
