WWE RAW Power Rankings: On the Road to Battleground

Between John Cena’s capturing of the WWE World heavyweight title at Money in the Bank and the drama between Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose and Jack Swagger and Alexander Rusev, as well as the returning AJ Lee, Chris Jericho and The Miz, there was plenty to think about this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW.

Check out this week’s RAW Power Rankings to see who’s already got their sights set on a big time match at Battleground.

Honorable Mention: Dean Ambrose: His vow to disrupt Seth Rollins’ plans to cash in his Money in the Bank contract have made him an instant fan favorite. The closest thing to a CM Punk type rebel on the roster, Ambrose has a ton of potential and like Rollins, is finally getting an opportunity to shine by himself.

5: Jack Swagger: After his last big push was derailed after a DUI and pot bust, Swagger appears to finally have found an opponent in Alexander Rusev. With the fans behind him and an established mouth piece in Dutch Mantell, Swagger may have finally found a recipe and situation where he can truly succeed.

4: Seth Rollins: Wins over RVD never come easy, but Rollins, the new Mr. Money in the Bank, made it look relatively easy this week on RAW. Cocky and arrogant, Rollins is convinced he’ll be the next WWE World Heavyweight Champion. A star in the making, Rollins’ is currently in a career genesis of sorts. Enjoy the ride.

3: Antonio Cesaro: With Wade Barrett’s shoulder injury costing him his Intercontinental title, Cesaro appears to be the next in line. Although he lost to Kofi Kingston this week on RAW, his decimation of the former IC Champion after the bell only cemented the fact that he wants that title around his waist.

2: The Wyatt Family: While their win over Tag Team Champions The Usos and United States Champion Sheamus was enough to get them on this week’s list, their destruction of returning Chris Jericho earns them the #2 spot. With the road to Battleground just beginning, is the Family headed for a war with Y2J?

1: John Cena: Fresh off his WWE World Heavyweight title win at Money in the Bank, Cena has promised WWE COO to not be his puppet. With the belts around his waist and his a small remnant of former rebel attitude just aching to come out, Cena has a golden opportunity to reclaim some of his older fans.
