TNA Impact Power Rankings: Aries Back in the Hunt

New York City and Impact Wrestling just work perfectly together.

Another solid show with plenty of surprises, this week’s Feast or Fired edition of Impact Wrestling was an entertaining one with plenty of storyline development.

Check out this week’s TNA Impact Power Rankings to see who got to Feast and who, got fired.

Whoa Moment of the Night: Mark Andrews, the British Bootcamp winner, hit a beautiful Shooting Star Pres to take out Tyrus on the outside in Jeremy Borash’s match with Ethan Carter III. Talk about a solid debut.

Honorable Mention: Gail Kim: With the upcoming feud between Havoc and Awesome Kong getting all of the attention, don’t forget about Kim, who is easily the best female worker in TNA and possibly the business right now. Putting in her best work against much larger opponents, expect to see Kim play a huge role in the company in 2015.

5: The Revolution: These guys may not be getting the attention that the Beat Down Clan are, but they are just as fierce a group. Will the two eventually meet up? Although they are both Heel factions, Storm isn’t necessarily bad, he’s just got his own intentions. However with Storm and Abyss, two former TNA World Heavyweight Champions, currently wearing the TNA Tag Team titles and gearing up for a feud with the Hardy’s , it’s obvious their attention is somewhere else.

4: Ethan Carter III: It’s impossible not to hate this guy. Although Jeremy Borash, Mark Andrews and Rockstar Spud got the best of him this week, expect ECIII to come back with something sinister in the weeks to come.

3: Austin Aries: With another World Title shot, Aries stock is once again extremely high. Unlike the Money in the Bank, a Feast or Fired briefcase doesn’t guarantee a title, but Aries is different competitor than most,

2: Bobby Lashley: He’s more focused than ever, but the Beat Down Clan has his number, thanks to their strength- in numbers. Can the most dominant TNA Champion of all-time get his title back from MVP and the rest of the BDC. While the angle is not exactly Sting vs. the nWo, it’s still provided some drama.

1: The Beat Down Clan: These guys are smart and talented, but they will go to any lengths to secure a victory. That’s what makes them different from the myriad of factions over the years in the promotion. With MVP’s stranglehold on the TNA World Heavyweight title, Low Ki’s capturing of the X-Division title last week and their association with Eric Young, the BDC has been extremely dominant in a tremendously short time.
