While it won’t go down as one of the best episodes of NXT ever, the Main Event of Kevin Owens and Alex Riley, as well as the Dana Brooke vignette made this week’s show one that that was far from a waste of time.
The show’s first trip outside Full Sail University as well, it was awesome to see the crowd just as pumped.

Kalisto vs. Tyler Breeze: Kalisto hit Breeze with a 450, his Spike Head Scissors and a variety of other high-flying moves, but couldn’t put him away. When Kalisto went for his Flipping Reverse DDT, Breeze countered and hit the Beauty Shot for the win.
NXT Tag Team Champion Wesley Blake w/ Buddy Murphy vs. Colin Cassady w/Enzo Amore and Carmella: Cassady was definitely in control, but interference from Murphy allowed Blake to win via Rollup.
NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks vs. Alexa Bliss: In surprising fashion, Bliss got the win via count-out after she threw Banks into the turnbuckle post on the outside after Banks tried to do it first.
Alex Riley vs. NXT Champion Kevin Owens: Owens was dominant early, but Riley found back and even sent Owens to the outside with strikes. But like a psychopath, Owens continued to come at Riley. Hitting the Spinebuster, Riley earned a near-fall and pushed Owens farther than every other competitor in NXT aside from Adrian Neville and Sami Zayn. However, after a slew of Senton attacks, Owens worked on Riley on the outside and then finished him off with the Pop Up Powerbomb. After the match, Owens set up Riley for the apron Powerbomb, but Finn Balor hit the apron to make the save.

He has also done narration and trailers for several other titles including The Kaiju Offensive, Relentless Rex and Roniu’s Tale.
Hickey is also the lead voiceover performer on Mega Cat Studios’ upcoming title WrestleQuest, responsible for nearly 90 characters in the game, as well as Skybound's Renfield: Bring Your Own Blood, where he voices both Dracula and Renfield, as well as several other characters. He also stars in Ziggurat Interactive’s World Championship Boxing Manager 2, where he performs the VO of nearly every male character in the game. He also worked on the Atari VCS’s BPM Boy.
