Disney Infinity Hulkbuster Review: Armed and Dangerous

It takes a mighty weapon to take down the Hulk and the Hulkbuster figure in “Disney Infinity 3.0” certainly lives up to its name. With a wide array of attacks and plenty of defense, it’s one of the most balanced characters in the game. What it lacks in speed it makes up for in flying and nifty melee attacks, making it a figure you can take to a Toy Box war.

Those who have played with Baymax in the past will feel at home with Hulkbuster, but be warned, if you don’t level Hulkbuster up, you won’t get to see his true potential. The additions to his melee game and upgrades such a Shields, Tractor Beam and an awesome ranged finisher, which also gets stronger over time, make him incredibly potent. However, he does start off pretty plain, despite the fact that he can fly and has strong melee attacks right out of the box.

Bottom line- this is a figure for the real Iron Man fans out there. It’s loaded to the brim with weapons and becomes something special once it’s maxed out. If you’ve been waiting for a new figure for “Disney Infinity” and “Star Wars” isn’t quite your cup of tea, Hulkbuster is the wrecking machine you’ve been looking for.
