WWE RAW Coverage: Huge Card, Little Drama- When is the Bullet Club Coming?

For the second week in a row, WWE Monday Night RAW was all about the in-ring action, with a massive card fueling the show. But again, for a second consecutive week, the storyline implication was few and far between. Away from the Royal Rumble entry list filling out, little else was done to make the show an entertaining one.

Even with Vince McMahon guest refereeing the main event, the return of Chris Jericho and the new Social Media Outcast faction forming, this week’s RAW was average at best. At least, Brock Lesnar comes back next week.

With the news of AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, Doc Gallows and Shinsuke Nakamura reportedly being signed by the WWE as well, this current batch of nonsense can only last so long. While these guys all still have dates and obligations with other promotions, their debuts cannot come soon enough.

Matches:

Adrian Neville vs. Kevin Owens: Neville was at his high-flying best, but Owens hit a DDT variation from the top-rope that gave him the advantage. Neville wasn’t about to lay down though and after Ownes sent him to the outside again he fought back and hit a 450 from the apron to a prone Owens on the floor. Once the action was back in the ring though Owens countered Neville off the top and hit the Cannonball and followed it up with the Pop-Up Powerbomb for the win. After the match, Owens beat on Neville but Dean Ambrose made the save and eventually put Owens through  table with an Elbow Drop.
