The go-home shows for Death Before Dishonor, NXT Takeover and WWE Summerslam, as well as a drama-filled episode of TNA made for a crazy week of Pro Wrestling action. Check out this week’s Review Fix Pro Wrestling Power Rankings to see who else earned headlines in and out of the the ring for the WWE, TNA, ROH and NXT.
Honorable Mention: Brian Kendrick: His win over Tony Nese this week on the WWE Cruiserweight Classic proves that Kendrick still has plenty left to give. With a match against Kota Ibushi coming up, Kendrick will have his hands full.
5: Samoa Joe: He’s done everything right while in NXT, from giving guys like Finn Balor and Baron Corbin feuds to elevate them to being a dominant NXT Champion. Regardless of whether he wins or loses at Takeover, his legacy in NXT is an awesome one.
4: Jay Lethal: Not many can say they’ve gotten the run Lethal has over the past year and change and although Adam Cole is a worthy challenger, it appears the only way Lethal can lose the ROH World Title is if he’s screwed out of it. And even if that is the case, he’ll still be a legend in the promotion.
3: Finn Balor: It’s impossible not to enjoy what “The Demon†has brought to RAW. Although he may not defeat Seth Rollins at Summerslam, but with the ever-growing possibility that he could join forces with Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, Balor has an opportunity to get over even without the WWE Universal Championship.
2: Seth Rollins: There’s little doubt that he won’t leave Summerslam without the WWE Universal Championship and although Finn Balor is loved by the fans, Rollins is the most legitimate and talented performers on the RAW roster and should be the guy to lead the charge.
1: Bobby Lashley: His promo this week on Impact was awesome as he threw away the “garbage†X-Division and King of the Mountain titles and told Billy Corgan and Dixie Carter what he thought of them.
