Just when you thought RAW couldn’t get worse following the awful, This Is Bayley’s Life segment last week, The Mil’s Intercontinental Title Ceremony was an absolute waste of time. Add in another terrible segment with Enzo and The Big Show and RAW is being ruined creatively.
If not for Samoa Joe’s work this week, the entire show would have been a waste of time.
Matches:
Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt: Plenty of near-falls in a PPV-quality match that featured a ton of near-falls. Reigns eventually squeaked out a win with the Spear after Reigns was hit with everything from Wyatt, except the Sister Abigail.
Heath Slater and Rhino vs. WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Sheamus and Cesaro: A quick match that saw the aggressive tag champs get the win with the Brogue Kick.
TJ Perkins vs. Mustafa Ali: Perkins got the quick win with the Detonation Kick after he made sure Ali couldn’t get to top rope. After the match, Neville destroyed Perkins on the ramp.
Kalisto vs. Titus O’Neill w/Apollo Crews: O’Neill tried to win with a School Boy and a handful of trunks, but Kalisto countered and performed the maneuver himself.
Enzo Amore and The Big Show vs. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson: After a terrible segment that saw Amore recruit Big Show who did his best Big Cass impersonation, Show hit Anderson with the Chokeslam and then threw Enzo into Anderson for the win.
WWE RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss vs. Nia Jax: With Mickie James and Dana Brooke ringside, Bliss got herself DQed after she attacked them. Jay was pissed and eventually took everyone out before Bliss escaped.
Seth Rollins vs. Samoa Joe: A decent match but an awful finish that saw Rollins get distracted by Bray Wyatt’s music, which allowed Joe to win with the Kokina Clutch.
