WWE RAW Results: McIntyre Ready For MITB

With Money in the Bank less than a week away, RAW Creative delivered promo and a ton of matches that spiced up the mid-card and set up several of this weekend’s encounters. The return of AJ Styles was needed as well and gives the red brand depth at the exact right time. At the same time, it’s next to impossible to get excited for Money in the Bank after a lackluster Wrestlemania.

Matches:

Money in the Bank Qualifier: Gauntlet: Bobby Lashley vs. Titus O’Neil vs. Akira Tozawa vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Humberto Carrillo vs. Angel Garza and Austin Theory w/Zelina Vega vs. AJ Styles: Lashley destroyed O’Neil, Tozawa and Benjamin with Spears, but got DQed against Carrillo, leaving Garza the scraps. However, Carrillo ended up beating Garza and Theory, but the returning AJ Styles put him away with the Calf Crusher to secure a spot in the Money in the Bank Ladder match.

Cedric Alexander and Ricochet  vs. Brendan Vink and Shane Thorne: Vink got the shocking win with the Running Yakuza Kick.

WWE RAW Tag Team Champions: The Street Profits: Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford vs. The War Raiders: Erik and Ivar: Erik and Ivar got the much-needed win to prove who the real best team on RAW is.

NXT Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair vs. Liv Morgan: Flair won with the Figure-Eight, but Morgan pushed herself hard.

WWE Champion Drew McIntyre vs. Buddy Murphy: The Champion retained with The Claymore and then avoided a Rollins Stomp.
