WWE RAW Results: Hell in Cell Ready

Plenty of fresh matchups made this week’s RAW one of the best in a while, but it’s too early to tell if this is the beginning of a new era or just a momentary rise to mediocrity before Hell in a Cell.

Matches:

The Hurt Business: United States Champion Bobby Lashley, MVP, Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin vs: Retribution: Mustafa Ali, Shane Thorne, Dio Maddin and Domik Dijakovic, w/Mia Yim: Lashley beat Dijakovic with the Full Nelson, but after the match, The Fiend decimated what was left of Retribution.

AJ Styles w/Jordan Omogbehin vs. Matt Riddle: Styles got the win after Riddle rushed back in the ring in order to get away from Omogbehin.

Lana vs. RAW Women’s Champion Asuka: Lana lasted longer than expected, but Asuka won with the Asuka Lock. After the match, Shayna Baszler and Mia Jax beat on em both, before Jax put Lana through the announce table with a Samoan Drop, again.

The Riot Squad: Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott vs. Peyton Royce and Lacey Evans vs. Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke vs. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions: Nia Jax and Shayna Bazler: Jax won with a Samoan Drop but they were tested.

WWE RAW Tag Team Champion Kofi Kingston w/WWE RAW Tag Team Champion Xavier Woods vs. Sheamus: This was a war until Kingston countered a top rope maneuver and then hit the Trouble in Paradise.

Tucker and Otis vs. The Miz and John Morrison: Interference from R-Truth allowed Otis, dressed as a Pink-clad Luchador to beat Miz with the Caterpillar and Vader Splash.

Keith Lee vs. Braun Strowman: A Headbutt to the Groin and a Big Boot earned Strowman the win, but after the match, Lee hit Strowman with a Low Blow.
