Review Fix chats with author Mark Seigel about his best-seller “Sailor Twain: Or the Mermaid in the Hudson” as well as what he calls, “The mermaid effect.”

Seigel also discusses his feelings on the book and its unique story and art style. Centering on a sailor in New York during the industrial revolution and his relationship with a mythical creature that captures his heart, it’s certainly a read you’ll remember.
