Three decent matches and the development of a few mid-card angles led the way in a decent episode of ROH TV that did little to build excitement. While it’s nice to see Daniels and Kazarian, as well as the Kingdom build some momentum, it wou’d have been better to see more in-ring action.
No DQ: Jay Lethal vs. The Beer City Bruiser: Lethal beat Bruiser all over the ring. Although Bruiser used Duct Tape and a Chair to even the odds at one point, Lethal got him to tap out with the Figure-Four.
Will Ferrara vs. Howie Timberche: Although Timberche dominated with strikes at first, Ferrara eventually got the upper-hand on his opponent thanks to quick thinking and an awesome Tornado DDT on the outside. After a few Rick Steiner-esque Headbutts, Ferrara was on the defense again before he countered a German Suplex with a Low Blow and then another Tornado DDT, this time for the win. After the match, Ferrara got challenged to a match by Cheeseburger for next week.
Bully Ray and Mark Briscoe vs. ROH Champion Cody Rhodes and Hangman Page: This got thrown out after the Kingdom got involved. By the end of it all, Jay Briscoe hit the ring and put TK O’Reilly through a table.
