Apprehensions are steadily rising amongst a few of the A List-ers with no end to the bad blood in sight. This fifth episode, “All Fired Up,†seems to be foreshadowing problems that are yet to come and with more problems, comes more drama.
But that’s okay- everyone loves to see drama unravel on reality television, right?
During the show, Derek confides in TJ on the drama that unfolded at his party with Austin. There may not be an effective way for Derek to separate himself from Austin. To cool off after the fact, the boys decide to head to Fire Island for the fourth of July.
Reichen still wants Rodiney to be more independent and start working and making his own money in New York. As we have seen over the past few weeks, it is obvious that Reichen is not playing poker with a full deck of cards. If he really needed his boyfriends to be financially stable, then he should start looking for prospects who aren’t models and singers. He is pushing the issue harder than ever now because he got the call from his manager that he will not be renewed for the starring role as Andrew in “My Big Gay Italian Wedding.”
Serves him right, the dude can’t dance and he can’t sing.
Austin doesn’t present invitations at the door; he is a notorious party crasher. Austin, Derek and TJ have their first major cat-fight, which happens on Fire Island, over the disrespectful actions and a lack of restraint on Austin’s part. Austin is like a virus and there is has no vaccination available for Derek and the others to fend him off with.
Well, here we are again. Same song but a different verse, but this time, this verse is the most important one. It looks like the series has nearly reached its boiling point. Their first fight has come and gone for now but stay tuned because with only a few more episodes left, the temperature is only going to get hotter.
