New York City based alternative rock band Static Summer has announced plans to release a new collection of remixes called “Rollercoaster/Heartback Digital 45 Summer Remix,†which is scheduled for release on July 30th. In anticipation, the band is streaming lyric video for their single “Rollercoaser†(Summer Remix) for fans today.

The upcoming release will feature 2 remixes of “Rollercoaster,†a Summer Remix and Radio Mix, and 2 remixes of “Heartback,†Summer Remix and Radio Mix. The digital 45 will be available digitally on July 30th.
Formed in 2010, Static Summer is comprised of five friends who came together with the common ambition of writing timeless, fun songs with huge hooks, edgy guitar riffs and dynamic rhythm. Static Summer’s influences stem from the 90’s Alt Rock bands they grew up listening to such as The Pixies, Nirvana, Weezer and Red Hot Chili Peppers, while still maintaining their own creative identity. The band released their first EP, Heartback E.P. 01, in April of 2013.
Over the last several years, Static Summer has shared the stage with some of rock’s biggest acts including Shiny Toy Guns, Papa Roach, Cypress Hill, Filter, Fuel, Lit, Helmet and P.O.D.
