No Pre-order Required for Titanfall Beta

Players will not be required to pre-order Respawn Entertainment’s upcoming shooter, Titanfall, for access to the game’s beta, according to Respawn co-founder Vince Zampella.

There is no word yet as to when the beta will be available, though a French retailer suggests that it will run from February 14-19, and be available exclusively from Micromania stores in France and GameStop stores in other countries.

Titanfall is slated to release on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on March 11 in North America and March 13 in Europe and Australia – the beta has only been confirmed for Xbox One and PC.
