Bruce Lee Announced as Pre-order Bonus for UFC game

Martial arts legend Bruce Lee was announced as a pre-order bonus character for EA Sports’ upcoming UFC game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the game company confirmed in a press release today.

No stranger to the video game scene, Lee’s role in UFC will be his first official appearance in a video game since the XBox’s “Bruce Lee: Quest of the Dragon” in 2002 and the Game Boy Advance’s “Bruce Lee: Return of the Legend,” in 2003.

“I am so excited about this opportunity to bring my father back to video games,” Shannon Lee, Bruce Lee’s daughter, CEO of Bruce Lee, LLC and Chairperson of the Bruce Lee Foundation said in today’s release. “I’m thrilled that fans can now interact with him in a new way. The EA Sports UFC development team has been incredible to work with, and they’ve done a great job capturing the look and feel of my father. I think people will love getting a chance to fulfill a fight fantasy by playing Bruce Lee in the new UFC game.”
