NXT Power Rankings: Takeover Ready

Bo Dallas’ NXT career is over and Natalya Neidhart will face Charlotte Flair in the finals of the NXT Women’s Title tournament. Add in the new feud between Tyler Breeze and Sami Zayn, as well as the announcement of the rest of next week’s killer two-hour show and it’s fair to say this week’s NXT was a solid one.

Check out this week’s NXT Power Rankings to see who has momentum on their side going into NXT’s next two-hour special, Takeover.

Honorable Mention: Bo Dallas: The longest-running NXT Champion is done with the promotion after losing to former Intercontinental and NXT Champion Big E. Langston. With greener pastures ahead in the WWE, Dallas definitely made his mark in the company’s developmental program.

5: Paige: Sure, Paige is still a hottie and an awesome worker, but she continues to give her doubters plenty to talk about. With another weaker match against a larger opponent in Tamina Snuka, Paige’s primary moves, the Page Turner and Scorpion Crosslock, were not used in the match and she barely escaped with the win.

4: Sami Zayn: His feud with Corey Graves is apparently over and a new one with Tyler Breeze appears set to begin. As long as he maintains his popularity and continues to work with the best performers in NXT, Zayn will always be a whisker away from an NXT Title shot. Although he’s not in the mix right now, that won’t be the case for long.

3: Adam Rose: His count-out win over Camacho on this past week’s NXT wasn’t uber impressive, but it’s hard to ignore how popular he is with NXT fans right now. With some more polish

2: Tyson Kidd: With a NXT Title shot at Takeover, Kidd continues to prove his worth as a singles performer. Armed with a plethora of high-flying moves and the always-unique Blockbuster, Kidd’s successful run in NXT will lead to an eventual solid and dependable return to the WWE.

1: Adrian Neville: A win over Curt Hawkins isn’t going to get Neville in the WWE Hall of Fame, but it was another example of his overall dominance in NXT. With the constant talk of someone needing to replace the high-flying antics of Rey Mysterio, Neville could be the perfect candidate.
