WWE Legends House Coverage: Tony Paints a Picture

Is it scary that in light of Daniel Bryan’s neck injury that the cast of the Legends House are the most entertaining faces of the company?

Between Mean Gene Okerlund’s perverted sense of humor, Pat Patterson’s wit, Jimmy Hart’s loud mouth and the antics of Tony Atlas, “Legends House” never stops entertaining. Add in the jolliness of Hacksaw Jim Duggan and the unpredictability of Roddy Piper and you have a damn good reality show my friends.

This week’s episode started off slow, but by the end, the group was closer together than ever before, thanks in part to the artiste, Tony Atlas. At the same time, between his hostile attitude and his cooking, Atlas caused just as many issues for his housemates this week as well. At the same time, the reaction of the rest of the Legends House to his Southern grub was hilarious.

Since the show started, Atlas has been a catalyst for ever moment of humor and tension. Simply put, in spite of Piper’s hilarity and unpredictability, Atlas is the straw that stirs the drink. But that doesn’t mean the rest of the cast doesn’t have their moments as well.

You haven’t laughed until you’ve seen Okerlund throw a pig’s foot across a lawn. Watching them attempt to make their own “art” and seeing Atlas by himself painting a sad clown was priceless this week. Serious about his craft, Atlas didn’t want the rest of legends to take away the one thing that relaxes him. While his qualm is an understandable one, Atlas continues to make things more difficult for everyone else.

With the art gallery exhibition, the water aerobic session with the crazed German woman and Atlas’ home cooking, “Legends House” continues to make Thursday nights fun. When was the last time anything this interesting happened on Impact?
