EA Reveals Top-Rated Middle Linebackers in ‘Madden 15’

Patrick Willis, Navorro Bowman, Luke Kuechly, Jerod Mayo and Derrick Johnson were named as the top-five rated Middle Linebackers in the upcoming “Madden NFL 15″ video game, Electronic Arts revealed on their official site yesterday.

Willis and Bowman both share top rankings with a 96 rating. Last season Bowman led the 49ers with 145 tackles and added five sacks, two interceptions and a TD. Willis’ stats were certainly comparable, with 104 tackles and three sacks in spite of missing two games.

The Carolina Panthers’ Kuechly, the 2012 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year and 2013 AP NFL Defensive Player of the Year rounds out the top three with a 94 rating after a marvelous 2013 season where he registered 156 total tackles and four interceptions.
