It doesn’t matter if you’ve never heard of Atlus’ cult-classic fighter, “Persona 4: Ultimax” is ultimately a game you’ll remember thanks to cool characters and awesome moves.

Simply put, this game has a great fighting system and a excellent story mode. There is truly something in this game for everyone, from the casual “once in a while” gamer, to the hardcore 24/7 gamer, thanks to a plethora of modes and engaging characters.

In the end, “Persona 4: Ultimax” doesn’t disappoint.

The story mode is divided with the “Persona 3” and “Persona 4” characters and has a fairly rooted plot dealing with the end of the world. Will they succeed? More than a story of good vs. evil, pure vs, impure, there are a myriad of choices you’ll have to make along the way to discover your own fate. Quite different from your average fighting game, Atlus has effectively taken its RPG story and translated it to the fighting genre, in spite of moments where it may seem too articulate and smart for its own good.

This game also has a decent online server and feature that leaves the gamer fighting with affection and devotion in a effort to reign victorious.The online feature Virtual Arcade is a cool feature that lets the gamer design his/her’s own avatar in search of the right opponent. This is something that can be worked on the future, as it lacks the depth of the game’s other modes.
