WWE Elimination Chamber Power Rankings: Fight Owens Fight

Between Kevin Owens beating John Cena clean and Dean Ambrose being the best sour loser ever, Elimination Chamber was able to squeak by in spite of a lack of real exciting moments.

Check out our Elimination Chamber Power Rankings to see who made the event one that wasn’t as memorable as you wanted it to be, but gave WWE a handful of cool moments.

Honorable Mention: Nikki Bella: She continues to rattle the cages of her biggest critics and hold on to the Divas title. Although she’s not the most charismatic on the mic or best in the ring, Bella, for better or for worse, is entering seven months on her reign at the top of the ladies division.

5: The New Day: These guys are simply coming into their own. Their antics during the pre-show and then their involvement with The Authority leading into the Elimination Chamber set the scene for a memorable night. Again, like Nikki Bella, they aren’t perfect champions, but they continue to grow into their spots.

4: Seth Rollins: He’s just an awesome young heel champion. Don’t let the crappy writing on the creative side sour you on his ability. Rollins and Ambrose are capable of telling better stories and it’s only a matter of time until Rollins gets the clean win over Ambrose and Brock Lesnar gets his revenge. And even there, Rollins has a bigger chance than you think.

3: Ryback: The new Intercontinental Champion is a threat again and appears ready to solidify himself as a singles competitor. Although he’ll be seen as a transitional champion, this could perhaps be the biggest push of his career. More than the wrecking machine he was when he first came into the promotion, Ryback has had enough opportunities to cut promo and give the WWE universe a more polished experience. Now it’s his time to run with the ball.

2: Dean Ambrose: He’s got the WWE World Heavyweight title, but he’s not the champion. the Cooley anti-hero since CM Punk, Ambrose has a chance to take himself to another level and use his former Shield teammate Seth Rollins as a springboard.

1: Kevin Owens: Elimination Chamber was all about Owens getting over as a singles star. Beating John Cena clean is no easy feat, but Owens did it and then had the Gaul to talk about it. One of the most dangerous performers in the sport today, Owens is about to get the push of a lifetime.
