Review Fix chats with Priyanka Barathwaj, Head of Operations at Gamecubator Labs, who lets us know why their new mobile release, “My Food Truck” belongs on your smart phone.

Review Fix: What was the inspiration for this game?

Priyanka Barathwaj: Our love and the increasing popularity for food trucks.

Review Fix: Can you talk about the gameplay elements at work here?

Barathwaj: Five theme based food trucks to own, 10 exotic destinations to travel, 30 famous monuments to explore, 250 delicious and challenging levels.

Review Fix: What has development been like?

Barathwaj: A journey as exciting as the game! A 6 month long virtual world tour for the team, cooking the code relentlessly to prepare a flawless experience for the players.

Review Fix: What games did you play as a kid? How did they influence this one?

Barathwaj: The obvious nostalgia of playing Bejeweled, a dream to travel the world and never ending love for fast food has influenced every aspect of this game.

Review Fix: What do you think is the coolest feature in the game?

Barathwaj: Allowing players to chef themselves by clicking a selfie and gain celebrity status by sharing their fan count on social media

Review Fix: Bottom line, why should someone play this?

Barathwaj: Whether you’re a foodie, a traveler or just love games and are looking for a new addiction, you’ll enjoy My Food Truck.”

Review Fix: What are your goals for the game?

Barathwaj: This much anticipated release aims to break the monotonous trend of candies, gummies, pastries and pets.

Review Fix: What’s next?

Barathwaj: The team plans to build this as a top game franchise over the next two years and plan to introduce celebrities in coming updates. Players who make good progress in the game can see themselves play with celebrities from around the world.
