WWE RAW Coverage: Survivor Series Shake Up

With TLC over and done with a Survivor Series on the way, this week’s Monday Night RAW began the beef between the RAW and Smackdown. While the first two hours and 50 minutes were your standard wrestling fare, the last ten minutes were awesome as Team Smackdown absolutely laid waste to RAW. This was easily the most exciting RAW has been in over a year. Brock Lesnar’s acceptance of Jinder Mahal’s challenge and the rebirth of Kane were also some memorable moments that may prove to be important ones before the card to Survivor Series is finished.

Matches:

WWE RAW Tag Team Champions: Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose and AJ Styles vs. Intercontinental Champion The Miz, Cesaro and Sheamus: This match was entirely too long. Over a half hour and what did it do to build this story further? Styles eventually got the win with the Phenomenal Forearm on Cesaro after Ambrose and Rollins took out Sheamus and Miz on the outside. After the match, Kane hit the ring and Chokeslammed Seth Rollins.

Finn Balor vs. Kane: Balor was impressive, but Kane got the win after three Chokeslams.

Asuka vs. Emma: Asuka got the win with the Asuka Lock, but Emma was far more impressive than she was at TLC.

Jason Jordan vs. Elias Sampson: Jordan got the win via DQ after Sampson took him out with a guitar shot on the outside.

The Winner is Leader of RAW Women’s Survivor Series Team: Alicia Fox vs. Sasha Banks vs. Bayley: Lots of near-falls and antics from Fox in a highly-contested match. Fox managed to nail Bayley with a Belly-to-Belly and then took out Banks and covered Bayley for the win.

Ten-Man Tag: Rich Swann, Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali, Gran Metalik and Kalisto vs. WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore, Drew Gulak, Tony Nese, Ariya Daivari and Noam Dar: Lots of action and near-falls. Kalisto got the win on Amore with the Salida Del Sole.
