NXT Coverage: Johnny Wins Our Hearts

Three wonderful matches capped off the first real NXT in weeks. With more drama, Johnny Gargano’s awesome win over Kassius Ohno and a great promo from The Undisputed Era, NXT has plenty of momentum again.

#1 Contenders Tournament: Killian Dane vs. Trent Seven: A damn good match that saw Dane win with a Wasteland and Vader Bomb variation in a match that Seven nearly won with a Seven Stars Lariat.

No DQ: Sonya Deville vs. Ruby Riot: Riot was impressive, but Deville ironically got her biggest win with the Triangle Choke- in her last match in NXT.

Kassius Ohno vs. Johnny Gargano: The crowd loved every second of this match as Gargano kicked out of everything as Ohno hit Johnny Wrestling with everything he had. In a wild upset, Gargano got the win with a Head Scissors that he floated over into the Gargano Escape for the submission win.
