A pair of title changes and some of the best in-ring action in months fueled the best episode of Impact in 2018.

Caleb Konley and Trevor Lee vs. GFW Tag Team Champions LAX: Santana and Ortiz w/Konnan: Interference from Konnan eliminated Lee and allowed Lax to nail Koley with the Street Sweeper for the win.

Title vs. Title: X-Division Champion Taiji Ishimori vs. Impact Grand Champion Matt Sydal: Ishimori fought hard and almost won, but Sydal put him away in the lengthy encounter with the Shooting Star Press to take the X-Division Title.

Allie vs. GFW Knockouts Champion Laurel Van Ness: Allie got the win with an Allie Valley Driver and a Super Kick, but Van Ness hit her with everything, including an Unprettier on the outside.

oVe: Sami Callahan and Dave and Jake Crist vs. Bobby Lashley: Brian Cage interjected himself in this bout and decimated oVe, allowing Lashley to hit Callahan with a Spear and Cage to win with the Screwdriver variation.

Johnny Impact vs. GFW World Champion Austin Aries: Impact was just one big move from winning the title, but Aries hit the Brainbuster and finished things up. It really could have gone any way, but Aries made sure to hit the big move when it counted.
