NXT Coverage: Johnny and Tommaso Fueled

While the in-ring action was decent this week, the best parts of NXT this week were on the mic and not during a match as Shayna Baszler’s feud with Nikki Cross continues to heat up, while Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa continue to prove while they are main roster ready.

TM61: Nick Miller and Shane Thorne vs. Mike Hughley and Robbie Grand: TM61 are now “The Mighty.” Their new finish, Elbow to the Back of the Head and a Sucker Punch, got them the win.

Roderick Strong vs. Danny Burch: Strong got the win with the Backbreaker in controversial fashion before the entire Undisputed Era took out Oney Lorcan and Pete Dunne.

Kairi Sane vs. Lacey Evans: Evans fought hard, but Sane got the comeback win with the Alabama Slam and Insane Elbow.
