ROH TV Coverage: Gresham Proves Himself

A top-notch main event made sure that all the promo and scene setting earlier in the show meant something. Simply put, ROH cooked a mean stew this Summer.

Matches:

Kazarian vs. ROH Tag Team Champion Mark Briscoe: Even after interference from Mark Briscoe, Kaz hit the Rollup after Mark missed the Froggy Bro. Mark then attacked Kaz, but Scorpio Sky and Christopher Daniels made the save. However, Punishment Martinez soon hit the ring and they dismantled SoCal Uncensored.

Jonathan Gresham vs. ROH World Champion Jay Lethal: This was a clinic. This should be shown at wrestling schools just for the science of the match and athleticism. Of course, the story could have been better leading up to it, but this was more about proving Gresham could hang with Lethal- and he did. After the 30-minute time limit was over, the match went into a five minute overtime, where Lethal hit the Lethal Injection for the win.
