A slew of filler matches and the intrigue behind a possible Shield split-up fueled this week’s weak showing of RAW.
Matches:
Finn Balor w/Bayley vs. Jinder Mahal w/Sunil Singh and Alicia Fox: After Bayley took out Fox and Singh on the outside, Balor got the win with a Rollup on Mahal. Soon enough, Mahal beat on Singh, effectively ending their relationship.
Natalya Neidhart, Nikki Bella and Brie Bella vs. The Riott Squad: Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan: Even with Morgan out of the match for most of it, Riott and Logan were the smarter team. Thanks to a blind tag from Riott, she was able to put Niedhart (who had Logan in a Sharpshooter) away with the Super Kick and then the Riott Kick.
Chad Gable w/Bobby Roode vs. Konnor w/Viktor: Whoa. Konnor won with the Sit-Out Dominator although Gable hung in there.
The Revival: Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder vs. WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre: The Revival were rough, but McIntyre and Ziggler got the win with the Claymore/Zig-Zag.
Bobby Lashley w/Lio Rush vs. Elias w/Kevin Owens: A no-contest after Owens got involved. Overall, a blah segment as Rush was jumping around again, with less flash than last week.
Nia Jax w/Ember Moon vs. Alicia Fox w/Alexa Bliss and Mickie James: Jax got the expected win the Samoan Drop.
Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Baron Corbin, The Authors of Pain: Akam and Rezar w/Drake Maverick: Ambrose cleaned house and Reigns won with the Spear in a super competitive encounter.
