205 Live Coverage: Hideo Gets a Title Shot

Two matches and plenty of storyline fueled a decent episode of 205 Live that did plenty to set up the division for Royal Rumble.


Noam Dar vs. Tony Nese: Not a lot of chemistry here as these two seemed to work against their strengths as Dar was on the defensive most of the match and Nese used strikes and submissions. Dar ended up with the win with the Victory Roll.

Cedric Alexander vs. Hideo Itami: The former Cruiserweight Champion did everything right but win. He was in control until he walked right into Itami’s Single Leg Facebuster.
