Review Fix Exclusive: Four Colour Ghosts Talk Creative Process And More

BReview Fix chats with Four Colour Ghosts’ AJ (Lead Vocals/Guitar), Devin Moore (Drums), Paul Brown (Bass/Vocals) and Mark Walker (Lead Guitar), who detail their creative process and goals for 2019.

Review Fix: What’s your creative process like? 

AJ: We all have a musical input into the music and seem to know what our music needs.  Something’s happen really quick but some tracks require a lot more focus and this can lead to frustration but when you get the results its magic.

Review Fix: What inspires you?

Devin Moore: We inspire each other and also delivering the new tunes to the audience and seeing the reaction.  Artists like Pearl Jam, Guns n Roses. Stereophonics Pink Floyd

Review Fix: How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard you?

Paul Brown: Damn!….how long have you got?…..I guess Pearl Jam, Guns N Roses, Stereophonics….but obviously these are just musical bands who have inspired us

Review Fix: How are your live shows different from your studio work?

Mark Walker: Live is always the way forward because we get a chance to show the audience our personalities…we are definitely not a stand and play band we give an energetic show with balls.

Review Fix: What are your goals for 2019?

Moore: Bigger shows with bigger balls.

Review Fix: What’s next? 

Walker: Currently working on our new album ‘Different Kind Of Thunder’ and we playing some cool festivals this year including Lechlade.
