Battle Club Pro: Women Crush Wednesday Coverage: A Celebration of Women’s Wrestling

Eight awesome matches and some fun antics from Leva Bates and company made sure that Icons three was anything but a waste of time. If nothing else, this show once again proves that Battle Club Pro has the best female division in the North East.

Matches:

Gauntlet Match: Leyla Hirsch vs. Genesis w/Joe Gacy vs. Dani J vs. Christina Marie vs. Rachel Bostic vs. Zoey Lucas vs. Steph De Lander vs. Vipress vs. Ruby Raze: Raze earned the first three eliminations, taking out De Lander and Lucas and Vipress. Raze, Genesis and Christina Marie were then eliminated with a ton of Rollups and quick offense to leave Dani J and Hirsch. Hirsch soon won with the Lionsault.

Kiera Hogan vs. Savannah Evans: Hogan had the crowd on her side, but Evans won with the Full Nelson Slam.

Allie Kat and Veda Scott vs. Shazza McKenzie and Indi Hartwell: Allie Kat got the crowd going with some hilarious antics (she wanted her belly rubbed), but Hartwell’s size was what drove the encounter. Every performer hit some offense though and the back and forth was solid. McKenzie and Indi Hartwell eventually won with the Stunner/top rope Claymore.

Tasha Steelz vs. Diamante: This was a war. Counters and strikes galore. At this point of the night, this was easily the bets match and one that was hard to follow up. Felt like a game of Fire Pro Wrestling where both competitors could not hit the big move to get momentum. Diamante was surging but Steelz hit the Cutter out of nowhere for the win.

Maria Manic vs. Su Yung: Manic started off strong hitting the Torture Rack on the outside and slamming Yung a wall. Manic then hit a Powerbomb on the apron to continue the onslaught. Manic looked to continue the onslaught, but Yung hit the ref with the red mist to get the match thrown out. Manic then spit in the ref’s face.

Thunder Rosa vs. Davienne vs. Aerial Monroe: This was a fun encounter with a ton of counters and strikes. Monroe ended up with the win via a vicious Spinning Discus Elbow.

Sea Stars: Ashley Vox and Delmi EXO vs. Solo Darling and Leva Bates (Nightingale) LOL w/Willow Nightingale Ringside: There was an intense three-minute thumb war to start the match. Bates won with the “standing” Moonsault.

Kylie Rae vs. Battle Club Pro Icons Champion Harlow O’Hara: Rae won via Count-Out and was injured, but Harlow wanted the match restarted. BCP Comissioner Leva Bates then hit the ring and gave Tasha Steelz a shot at the title.

Tasha Steelz vs. Battle Club Pro Icons Champion Harlow O’Hara:  The match started on the outside and once the action got back into the ring, O’Hara went for her finisher, but was countered into the Cutter by Steelz for the three-count.
