Ben Affleck

It has been a tough year for Affleck. He has recently announced that he won’t be playing Batman again, following dismal approval ratings from critics and fans alike for the past two superhero films. However, while his talent on the big screen has been unnoticed as of late, his ability in casinos isn’t lost on anyone. Affleck famously took down the house in the Hard Rock in Las Vegas. In an interview with Variety Magazine, he said that a security guard tapped him on the shoulder and told him he was too good.

Like many of the people who count cards, he was thrown out by security. But, on another occasion, he claims to have won $145,000 by playing blackjack. However, he was quick to explain that he handed this money back to the casino and paid the staff for their hard work during his time there.

Charlie Sheen

The former star of Two and a Half Men has had a complicated relationship with casinos throughout his life and is a sign that Hollywood films don’t always accurately portray casinos. It was revealed that Sheen was spending over $200,000 a week during his marriage with Denise Richards. While his ex-wife also revealed that Sheen stopped on his way to the birth of their first child so that he could make a quick call to his bookie to make a bet on a sports match.

Nowadays Sheen is adamant that he has quit gambling for good, but much like other punters, he always refers to the times that he has won money in Las Vegas. Many stars these days useonline casino sites as it is a way to continue their hobby without being photographed by the press.

Tobey Maguire

The actor began playing tournament poker and was seen on live coverage of the events between 2005 and 2007. He was also part of the celebrities that took part in Molly Bloom’s high-stakes poker games during the mid-00s; alongside Affleck and Leonard DiCaprio. However, he received his fair share of bad press throughout this period for his actions towards Bloom. While, other players have revealed that he is good at poker, but is a terrible loser. Maguire’s antics throughout this game with Bloom were made into a film called Molly’s Game, which was released in 2017; where Player X is a host of celebrity players, but especially reconstructs the actions that Maguire received negative press for.
