NXT Coverage: Cole is Undisputed

A fun main event and plenty of promo set up this weekend’s Takeover event to near perfection. Sad that RAW can’t get a clue and follow NXT’s lead.

Mia Yim vs. Bianca Belair: Whoa, Yim got the shocking win here with the Protect Ya Neck. It’s not that Yim isn’t capable of beating Belair, it’s that the WWE has pushed Belair mega hard for a year.

Kushida vs. Drew Gulak: There needs to be a round two here. Kushida got the win with a pinning combination on a counter, a fun end, but not what you would expect from two guys that can trade locks and submissions.

The Forgotten Sons: Wesley Blake and Steve Cutler w/Jaxson Ryker vs. Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch: This got thrown out because the ref lost control over the wild brawl this turned into, with a ton of tag teams and factions getting involved. By the end, Adam Cole and the rest of The Undisputed Era were standing tall.
