A series of squash matches and Wrestlemania rematches did nothing to light the fire in the Red Brand before Money in the Bank. If anything, this show (fueled by a Kofi Kingston and Daniel Bryan main event) proved how weak the show has become falling the Superstar Shakeup.
Matches:
WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins and AJ Styles vs. Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin: After Styles “accidentally†took out Rollins with the Phenomenal Forearm, Rollings got nailed with the End of Days and took the loss.
Kalisto, Gran Metalik and Lince Dorado vs. Three Local Competitors: A quick squash as all three hit their finishing maneuvers in a joke of a match.
Robert Roode vs. Ricochet: Roode was dominant, but Ricochet won with the 630 to punch his ticket to Money in the Bank.
Lacey Evans vs. Ally Catrina: Evans quickly won with the Women’s Right.
The Viking Raiders: Ivar and Erik vs. The RAW Tag Team Champions: Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins: The Raiders got the Non-Title win with the Assisted Pop-Up Powerslam.
Drew McIntyre vs. Roman Reigns: Shane McMahon and Elias got involved to get the match thrown out and while Miz ensured McMahon was out of the equation, Elias spoon fed Reigns to McIntyre, who nailed Reigns with the Claymore.
The Revival: Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder vs. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson: This match never happened as The Usos apparently had The Revival use some creme on their private sin an awful skit that was a pure waste of time.
Impromptu- Lars Sullivan vs. No Way Jose: Sullivan hit the Running Sit-Out Powerbomb to end the party.
WWE Champion Kofi Kingston vs. Daniel Bryan: Solid 20-minute match where Bryan couldn’t put Kingston away. After a failed attempt at the Crossface, Kingston beat Bryan with the Trouble in Paradise.
