Impact Wrestling Coverage: Go Home Before Slammiversary

The final prep for Slammiversary is complete. All the matches have been teased and this week’s Impact gave you a few solid matches to entice you even further.

Matches:

TJ Perkins vs. Ace Austin:  A solid opening match, definitely on-par with what you’d expect. A budding rivalry is forming. After the two traded kicks, Perkins won with a Knee-Bar.

Kiera Hogan vs. Madison Rayne: This was more about developing a feud between Hogan and Jordynne Grace. Hogan won with her legs on the top rope and then taunted Grace.

Rohit Raju w/Gama Singh vs. Laredo Kid: After a distraction from the Hit Squad and the Double Stomp, Raj got the win.

Trey Miguel vs. Zachary Wentz vs. Dezmond Xavier: A wild one that saw Dez and Wentz both pin Trey to secure their shot at the Tag Team titles.

Johnny Impact and John E. Bravo vs. Willie Mack and X-Division Champion Rich Swann: A joke of a main event. Impact thrived, but the combination of Mack and Swann decimated Bravo, as Swann won with the second rope Inverted 450.
