NXT Coverage: Ripley Not Afraid

The last pre-taped NXT was a stellar one, with the return of Johnny Gargano and three matches that leave plenty of possibilities for the brand and its move to the USA Network.

Boa vs. Damian Priest: Priest dominated and got the win with The Reckoning.

Pete Dunne vs. Angel Garza: Dunne won with the Triangle, but Garza made him earn it.

Cameron Grimes vs. Raul Mendoza: Grimes won with the Double Stomp in a match that Mendoza dominated.

Non-Title Match: NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler vs. Rhea Ripley: The back and forth was there. The meanness was there. Baszler tried to take out Ripley with a chair, but Ripley took it and hit her with it, ending the match in a DQ.
