NXT UK Coverage: Sid Steps Up

The episode after TakeOver: Cardiff was only a shortened 35 minutes and was mostly recaps of the live special. But two fun matches and the announcement of Tegan Nox’s return to the ring after her injury at last year’s Mae Young Classic made for another great week of NXT UK.

Matches:

Piper Niven vs. Rhea Ripley: Ripley targeted the small of Niven’s back to soften it up, and her gameplan panned out. A Riptide would secure the former NXT UK Women’s Champion a clean victory. 

Kassius Ohno vs. Sid Scala: Scala put up more of a fight than anyone thought he would, but a Discus Elbow to the back of the head put the Assistant to the General Manager down for the count.
