NXT UK Results: KLR Dominant

Though there were only three matches this week, the Battle Royal to determine the number one contender for the United Kingdom Championship more than made up for it. The return of Xia Brookside marks and interesting shift in the women’s division. 

Matches:

Jinny and the NXT UK Women’s Champion: Kay Lee Ray vs. Dani Luna and Piper Niven: Niven and Luna just couldn’t keep up in the end. Niven got taken out on the steel steps, giving KLR the opportunity to plant Luna with a Gory Bomb for the pinfall victory,

Amale vs. Xia Brookside: Brookside found a modified Lung Blower to score a big win in her first match in a few months. 

United Kingdom Championship Number One Contender’s Battle Royal: It came down to Ilja Dragunov and Tyler Bate slugging it out for a white-hot crowd. Bate managed to hang onto the top rope after Dragunov threw him over, and tried to schoolboy his way back in. But Unbesiegbar had a Torpedo Moscow locked and loaded to send the Big Strong Boi flying and earn himself a shot at the United Kingdom Championship.
