This week’s NXT UK took a look back at some of the highlights of the brand’s fairly short but exciting history. 

Highlights: 

United Kingdom Championship Tournament Quarterfinals Match: 1/15/17: Tyler Bate vs. Jordan Devlin: Bate overcame all of Devlin’s dirty tricks to advance to the semifinals with a Tyler Driver 97.

United Kingdom Championship Tournament Quarterfinals Match: 6/25/18: Zack Gibson vs. Jack Gallagher: Liverpool’s Number One found Shankley Gates to force his opponent to tap in a epic back-and-forth encounter.

NXT UK Inaugural Episode: 10/17/18: Mark Coffey w/ Joe Coffey vs. Mark Andrews: Coffey grounded the high-flyer and took his head off with All the Best for the Bells to win in the debut episode of NXT UK.

United Kingdom Championship Number One Contender’s Match: 5/19/17: “The Bruiserweight” Pete Dunne vs. Trent Seven: The two members of British Strong Style clashed in an epic encounter that saw Dunne overcome Seven with the Bitter End. Dunne went on to have the match of the year with then champ Tyler Bate at NXT TakeOver: Chicago.
